NAI Global New York City Represents ICC Industries Inc. in 15,674 SF Worldwide HQ Lease Renewal at 460 Park Avenue

ICC Industries Inc. signed a 15,674 square foot, renewal at 460 Park Avenue for its global headquarters. Stephen Grill, Senior Managing Director of NAI Global’s New York City office represented ICC in their renewal, as he has in past transactions.

ICC has been located at the prestigious Park Avenue address for 15 years. Through its U.S. operating companies, ICC Chemical Corporation, Primex Plastics Corporation, Dover Chemical Corporation, and Konsyl Pharmaceuticals Inc., ICC Industries is a manufacturer and trader of chemicals, plastics and pharmaceuticals, and is one of the largest privately owned companies in Manhattan. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the owner.

NAI Global New York City is located in Manhattan at 415 Madison Avenue.
