NAI Global New York City Represents Permanent Mission of Paraguay in Lease of New Consulate-General Location

The Permanent Mission of Paraguay is relocating to 801 Second Avenue with the signing of a 10 year lease for 3,500 square feet of office space. NAI Global New York City’s Gil Robinov and Jesse Teitel represented the mission in the transaction.

The Permanent Mission of Paraguay, the country’s mission to the United Nations, will serve as the primary office quarters for Paraguayan Ambassador Jose Antonio Dos Santos, the consulate-general, and support staff. The consulate-general office was previously located on the fourth floor of 211 East 43rd Street.

The Paraguayan mission selected the new space for its proximity to the United Nations Plaza on First Avenue and as it is larger than its fourth floor office on East 43rd Street. The transaction is valued at approximately $1.4 million. The Mission will take occupancy of the Second Avenue location beginning August 1, 2010.

NAI Global New York City is located in Manhattan at 415 Madison Avenue.
