Henry currently manages the wholly owned NAI Global New York City office as its Executive Vice President, Operations, and its Business Director. Furthermore, he holds a leadership position on the NAI Metro NY Group comprised of 7 offices serving clients throughout the Tri-state region
A member of NAI Global's corporate management since 2004, where his additional Senior Corporate Services role has him responsible for new business development and the management of U.S. and Global business accounts on behalf of multinational corporations. He provides for client companies the various service lines which NAI Global offers expertise in, including but not limited to real estate advisory, leasing, and investment sales services, and the marketing of properties on a global basis. NAI Global is one of the leading full service commercial real estate organization in the world with over 325 offices in 55 countries.
Prior to NAI Global, he was with the world headquarters office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he served in both the company's U.S. and Global Operations. He founded and was the Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Latin American Practice, where he was responsible for the development and execution of business between the United States and Latin America. With broad experience and having previously lived in Latin America, he was involved in the expansion of C&W's corporate platform for the region, as he has been at NAI Global.
After Director of Sales and Marketing posts with the Hyatt and Westin hotel chains, Mr. Goodfriend began his real estate career 25 years ago at the Edward S. Gordon Co.(later Insignia) in New York City. He then joined Riverbank Realty Company in 1987, becoming Vice President in 1990. In 1993 Riverbank merged with the The Galbreath Company, at which firm Mr. Goodfriend was a leading new business producer in NYC and where he also established Galbreath's Mexico City and Caracas joint venture offices.

| Henry currently oversees the worldwide portfolio of GTECH Corporation, which has operations throughout the U.S. and in over 50 countries. He recently represented GTECH in the $43 million sale of its HQ campus prior to its relocation to a new tower. GTECH is a leading global information technology company whose core market is the lottery and gaming industry; and he also represents Business Loan Express on a national basis. During his long career, among the companies which he has successfully represented with respect to their local, National and Global real estate requirements are: Ciena Capital, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Scotiabank, Samsung, Home Depot, Cable & Wireless, HSBC, Procter & Gamble, Metropolitan Fiber Systems, Phelps Dodge, Herman Miller, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, Banco Santander, Yivo Institute, Westin Hotels, Iberia Airlines, Chiat/Day Advertising, Akzo Nobel, Bankers Trust, Northwest Airlines, Prism Retail Services, Corporacion del Cobre, Grand Marnier/LaPostolle, the Malaysian Government,The Mexican Government, and the Government of Puerto Rico (Federal Affairs Administration and also the EDA). |
